Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order depend upon the type of delivery selected, shipping address and your cart value. The charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before placing the order.

Please note the following to avoid any confusion-

  1. The 24 Hour promised shipping refers to the fact that your order will be shipped by us within 24 hours to placing it. It is not the same as 24 hour delivery. 
  2. Time of Delivery depends upon various conditions.
  3. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Refund of Shipping Charges

Shipping charges if levied or paid by the customer at the time of placing the order will not be refunded to the customer in case of non-delivery of the product/order. If the order is cancelled by the customer before the order is shipped and picked up from our location, the refund of shipping charges may be generated back to the original mode of payment.

Damages

BharatOrganics.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received a damaged package, please make a video while opening the package and send it at support@bharatorganics.in to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India.
